With Paraclete Aviation Life Support, comfort comes standard. The Kairos™ is integrated with technology to improve fit and performance. The helmet adjusts to you with a twist of the Boa® Closure System. Its lace is made of aircraft-grade steel and comes with a lifetime guarantee*. The Aspida™ is finished with X-Static® performance fabric on materials that contact the skin. The benefits of this textile include regulating temperature, eliminating odor and static, and is antimicrobial. The Kairos™ retention assembly also incorporates a Fidlock® fastener into the chinstrap. It operates with one hand and has an automatic closing mechanism. The Aspida™ helicopter helmet goes through a 6 Step Finishing Process to ensure a quality look that we are proud of. Paint is included in the purchase of the helmet for a simple base and clear coat option.

Aspida™ Carbon Aviation Helmet
Introducing, the Aspida™ Carbon! As with every helmet in the Aspida™ family, it includes the innovative Kairos™ Retention Assembly. The retention is a leap forward in comfort and fit that is easy to operate with gloves. The Carbon is the highest quality option that Paraclete offers and is 5% lighter than the Aspida. We are talking about the same weight as premium superbike helmets.
The new style Aspida™ applies a different manufacturing process and eliminates paint to save about 3 ounces. The quality carbon fiber shows through the matte clear finish that reduces reflection off the helmet. This feature degrades opposition optical observability of crew for tactical environments. The result is a helmet fit for flight.
